If you were to search the planet for the best places to grow the finest Arabia coffees, you would find out a privileged band of the world, mainly between the Tropic of Cancer and the Tropic of Capricorn, from 25 degrees north to 25 degrees south of the Equator. In this area, you world look for mountainous regions at altitudes of 4000 feet and higher with ample shade and sun, mild temperatures of around 70 degrees (21o C), annual rainfall of 1500 to 2000mm (60 to 80 inches) and high humidity.                                                                                                                     Few places in the world fit so perfectly to such parameters. One of these coffee paradises is São Sebastião da Grama, a small town with no more than 11.000 inhabitants and 250km far away from the city of São Paulo.
